While most companies just screw plastic right onto plastic, we use mortis and tenon joints for extra durability - a long respected construction feature of the fine furniture industry. 

Minimal Face Screws
Look at most other polywood furniture companies and you will see screws all over the surface. All of our seating surfaces are free of unsightly and uncomfortable screw heads. 95% of screw heads are hidden on the underside or backside. 

Stainless Steel Fasteners
316 Marine-grade stainless steel fasteners give optimum rust resistance, even in exposure to salt water environrment. 

Aluminum Frame
Unique floating frame design allows for normal expansion and contraction needed for poly lumber.
